  I had an expensive Epson printer that I needed repaired. I dropped it off and have yet to see it....that was back in March 2015...the last I heard from him was in July. The owner Paul had stated that he couldnt repair it. I then needed to arrange to pick it up. I was never able to coordinate with this fellow....he didnt answer frequent emails, texts, phone calls and even a stop over at his business of address. I have left countless messages and siince July there has been no return of any of my calls or texts or emails. As far as I"m concerned this gentleman has stolen my printer and I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. The short of it....I do not recommend this company unless you are intentially trying to dispose of your technology after having exhausted all other avenues. Good Luck in dealing with this outfit.
