  It's a very clean store that does keep it's registrars open so that you won't have to wait on line, which I appreciate. Nothing worse than having to wait while lines aren't even staffed properly! However the parking lot is one of the busiest that I've ever had to drive in nevermind trying to find a spot! This is an area that needs improvement in the biggest way! Don't try to get an oil change here, plan to go somewhere else. It was a four hour wait, this was just a average day!

  Trey the "Acting Manager" his words not mine, tonight was a complete lazy inconsiderate and intolerable person to deal with. How he walked up to us we could tell right away that he was not willing to do his Job as a asst manager would be in the customer service industry. Made us feel like we were bothering him. When he was notified to come talk to me he didn't want to and the lovely person Christina was doing her job over and beyond her job, and when she called him she practically had to say more than once almost like begging to come and talk to us after he was notified of our situation. And literally had the audacity to say he would not help us.
