  I had such a great customer service experience with Nick Howard. Nick made sure to ask me all of the right questions to determine exactly what phone was the best for my needs. He took the time to review my account and explain what changes to make to save me money while still providing me with the best available plan and equipment. He never tried to up sell me on anything but also made me aware of all of my options. There was no pressure- just good old fashioned customer service! He was knowledgeable, focused and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend asking for Nick when you are looking to upgrade your phone, update your plan or just plain ask questions.
