  Not impressed. We had a small project and no one really wanted to help or offer any suggestions. We later found the help and tile we needed from one of your competitors. Need better customer service, especially on small projects.

  Home renovation is not easy but I had Tile Outlet of America on my side. Jeremy especially you, you were persistent in making things right and took some of the burden off. Thank you for standing up to the manufacture and being the voice of your customer. That’s what I call great customer service. Jim you were great from the start with me choosing one tile and completely going in another direct and choosing another. You did it with ease and made sure I had all the finishing touches. Each time I came into the store all employees were very attentive and made sure I was being taken care of. Thank you Tile Outlet of America.
