  Out of all the T-mobile stores I've been to, this by far is the best one yet. The staff here is beyond friendly and helpful. I've had issues with my phone for the longest now and I've gone to multiple T-mobile stores and all they did was say that there wasn't anything they could do and that I would need to take it to the Apple Store (which the nearest one was all the way in Estero). So I came with my mom to this T-mobile store and they helped me with absolutely everything and I left with no more issues. They actually take their time to help you to make sure your visit was completely satisfying. I will definitely continue coming to this T-mobile and completely recommend others should to!

  I have been in Many T-Mobile store, but this is by far THE BEST Customer experience i have experienced. You need to talk to Jerry, He is the Store Manager , very knowledgeable and his staff is friendly but must of all, they do not lie to you. Jerry and team. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be commending all my friends and family to you. FYI this location is next to Heavenly Pizza in merchants crossing. For some reason the GPS took me to the other side of the plaza.
