  First time in Florida and with my terrible luck my phone broke. Poped in here to way my options and not only did a rep by the name of Damien help me, he got me a new phone and ipad. Im extremely satisfied. Upon further chitchat i found out Damien hasnt been there all that long and i was amazed. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and Coherent that i thought he was employed in this comany for years. Also found out the the company i went to isnt corporate and is called Spring Mobile, im now going to Spring in my hometown whereever i can find one. Thanks Damien and The Fort Meyers Spring Team.

  All 6 times I've been in here wait times were greater than 30-40 minutes if I were lucky. Only to be told I have to call a 1-800 number. Rediculious stay far away
