  Went, looking for an appliance. The salesman was attentive and knowledgeable, but not pushy. He was very helpful and gave us all of our options for purchasing. Would definitely go back for appliances.

  Normally they take excellent care of us. This time around they have left us hanging, we scheduled an appointment for a repair under Warranty and they canceled claiming other jobs were squeezed in. They now have pushed us back two weeks (to the day after Christmas) and refuse to send us the part we know we need. He'll come out, figure out the part needed to order and then schedule another appointment to actually fix it. This is a commercial washer so not having it running has a serious affect, especially to have to wait another month to simply replacement a faulty pump... This is within the first year of a five year warranty and the cost of warranty was over half of what the washer itself cost. We plan on buying more appliances from Sears, but not warranties since we can't wait one to two months for repairs on commercial equipment.
