  My coworkers shared with me their negative experiences with jewelry repairs at local big-name jewelers at the Edison Mall (like keeping it a month with no phone calls, and estimates higher than the product's value, similar to what I had personally experienced, so I decided to take a chance with a small business owner. BOY, WAS I GLAD I DID! My wife's wedding ring had a small diamond missing. The (mall) estimate was so high that we threw it in the drawer. Roberto cleaned it up and then told me exactly what it needed, and even warned me that other diamonds were also in danger of falling out. For less than half the price of others and a guaranteed 1-week turnaround he had us back in business. He did beautiful work. He's been there 25 years, truly A HIDDEN GEM.
