  I went in here to buy a Nike sweater. Price says 25% off, I stand in line for almost 15min and am told the 25% off is only on select items. Okay cool. So can you show me which items are the “select” items? Cashier says “I dont Know”. Okay so is there someone here who does know? Cashier says “yes let me get my manager”. Manager comes along and, we tell her what happened. Very rudely she says “THE 25% OFF IS ONLY ON SELECT ITEMS”. I say “Ok can u show me which items those are” she replies “I dont know Sorry”. I say sooo I’m supposed to grab items at random, stand in these long lines just to find out if they’re the “select items”? Manager replies “yup”..so yeah that’s the first and last time I will EVER step foot in a Kohl’s.
