  If I could give zero stars I would. I now have phurchased 2 different couches, coffee tables, end tables, dining room table, multiple chairs and multiple bar stool from Kane’s and all we asked for is to fix 2 of our dining room chairs. They sent out completely the wrong parts which also took 6 to 7 months just to get the parts!!! Not only were the parts wrong they were also damaged!! I have yet to hear from any manager or service department. Still waiting for my furniture to be fixed... your chair backs are still in the wrapping and still damaged.
