  I have purchased a good deal of Pandora jewelry here. The staff is helpful and friendly. They also back up their warranty by replacing any Pandora item that is defective. This has only happened once with a bracelet clasp. They have earned my greatest respect!!!

  This store has beautiful selection of engagement rings and pandora charms, but the service at this Jared is awful! The last three times I have visited this store I was never greeted and was left to wait a good 20-30 minutes with my family while being completely ignored. If you have a day to spend then I recommend coming here, but if you have a quick question, pick up, servicing, or came in knowing exactly what you want I would advise you to pack a lunch and bring a pillow, or better yet just go to a different location!!
