  I am very disappointed in my experience with Cornerstone. I met with a designer in my home and told him the ideas I had to remodel my kitchen. I gave him my budget, explained that I needed more space and was excited with all the ideas he talked about. He said the budget would be tight, so I gave him a $5000 window of my original number to get what I wanted. I couldn't wait to see his design as the Cornerstone commercials promise to 'Wow' you. Boy was I disappointed. I showed up to the showroom and looked at his design.. all he had was new cabinets/countertop, removing one wall. He didn't address my pantry or extend my counters as I had asked and the quote was $10,000 over budget! No thanks Cornerstone, you just lost $20,000 worth of business.

  I just went there with my mom. One of the rudest experiences I have in a while. I could not get an answer on price and it seemed as if we were bothering the guy. Then he told me to be careful about asking certain questions. Then he began to explain the process of installation and was asking me if I was going to do any of it in a very rude manor as if I’m to dumb to uninstall the original countertops when I mentioned I could do some of the work myself. Well, one guy just ruined at least 10,000 in business.
