  REALLY disappointing. I have been going to Bob's Top End since I did my internship at Beasley and I used to go there to pick up our T-shirts. Always thought they were so nice and accommodating. I called today at around 3PM EST. I wanted my logo printed on two plain t-shirts (actually just wanted the logo pressed..which means it can be done at home in five minutes and probably at Bob's in 2 minutes). I asked them to please see if they can get it done for me today by end of day. The girl and I were on the phone for about 20 minutes and it seemed we had an agreement that the shirts would be done by end of day today. After sending the logo file in multiple formats to ensure I made it easy for the pritner I waited 20 minutes and called back. The girl who answered had an attitude and told me that there was absolutely no way she was 'gonna get it done today'. Not only that but she tells me she won't have anything like that done until END OF NEXT WEEK! HORRIBLE TREATMENT, AND I FEEL BAD BECAUSE THE OTHER PERSON I WAS SPEAKING WITH WAS JUST AMAZINGLY ACCOMMODATING BUT THAT DESIGNER WAS RUDE, AND LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND COST THEM A BAD REVIEW! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BOB'S ANY LONGER. THEY ARE BETTER THAN THAT! HOPEFULLY THEY MAKE SOME CHANGES SOON!
