Purchased a bed, had a defect from the factory, exchanged with no questions asked. That bed failed over a year later and they replaced it again. It was a bad run on a particular manufacturer. White glove treatment. I will never buy a bed from another place again. Spend your money here, you will not be sorry. Thanks Bill for helping us out. JP
