The Bell Tower Shops just aren't the same since sacks has left There are some vacancies especially in the area near Saks however the shops that are left are actually quite good There are quite a few restaurants that range from mediocre to quite good. TGI Fridays with an extensive menu and reasonably priced food is a good alternative for something upscale I highly recommend Cry I haven't been to Bistro 41 in a few years the no substitutions policy turned me off I may have to give it a try again soon. Fresh Market is always good especially the meat department
