  This is very disappointing that I even have to take the time to write this review. I stopped in several weeks ago into the Fort Myers Ashley HomeStore, I was greeted and picked up by one of your managers, and here's where the problems started... This man who took care of me claimed to be an Assistant Manager, I say this because he had absolutely no knowledge of not only the products he was selling, but also the policies. I worked with a man named, Franklin, and to be quite honest with you he was the sorriest salesperson that I've ever worked with. I can't even imagine at a company such as Ashley they would let this man be a manager, he's unprofessional, unfit, and honestly looks like a high school drop out. He needs to learn to be professional, and start to act the part. Not only will I be calling into Corporate to make a complaint, I won't be returning to this Ashley ever again! I really hope they make this Franklin guy eat DIRT!!!!!!!!!!!

  Very nice showroom. Were greeted by a very energetic and knowledgeable salesman. He was able to show us several pieces which fit our needs. We felt prices were fair compared to other stores and better for quality of furniture. Would go back again.

  Michael was awesome. Right from the moment we walked in, he was friendly and very comfortable to be around. We were looking for sectionals for our new house, and he was very knowledgeable about every product, down to the material, reputation, and his own personal experience. We had looked at other stores, and my boyfriend was actually pretty sold on another sectional, and what sold us on Ashley was the extended warranty Michael told us about. I'm really impressed with Ashley's extended warranty coverage, as well as the included cleaning kit. Please don't get rid of the warranty program! At that cost and coverage, I will always go back to Ashley for any future furniture purchase. I look forward to working with Michael again!
